STC Connection: DO NOT connect tubing until ready to initiate. Insert tubing into the topcenter neck of the STC. Insert tubing
until it firmly seats over, and completely envelops, the STC electrode. DO NOT attempt to initiate the NonElectric tubing if the
STC electrode is not inserted fully into the tubing. Plug the STC into its socket located at the top and center of the HBR1.

To Operate: When prepared to initiate, depress and hold the ARM pushbutton located on the left front of the HBR1. The
READY LED will illuminate with a steady on state. While maintaining pressure on the ARM pushbutton depress the
CHARGE/FIRE pushbutton located on the front right of the unit for approximately 1 to 2 seconds. The READY LED will change
to a blinking state to indicate a ready status. While maintaining pressure on the ARM pushbutton, release pressure on the
CHARGE/FIRE pushbutton. The STC will fire.

To Abort: At any time release pressure on the ARM pushbutton before either depressing or releasing pressure on the
CHARGE/FIRE pushbutton. The HBR1 will internally discharge and be rendered safe.

NEVER use the HBR1 as an alternate energy source on equipment for which it was not designed.
Never use a damaged or questionable machine. EIT Corporation repairs all units which it produces.
