→ PAYMENTS

Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Please ensure you provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e., the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Knowingly providing false or fraudulent information to obtain products is illegal and will result in law enforcement notification.

Customer Account (Net 30 terms)
If you have applied and been approved for net terms, you may select customer account during checkout. To apply for net terms, please contact [email protected]. Note that net terms are only available for accounts within the USA.

Monthly finance charges of 1.5% will be applied to past due invoices. A minimum finance charge of $1.00 applies.

Other Payment Information
Wire Transfers are accepted for orders over $5,000 USD; please contact us for more wire transfer payment details. Money orders & checks may be accepted from US-based businesses and state/federal agencies.

Freight is FOB Origin - Prepaid & Add.

Shipping Time
Most orders received before 1:00 PM EST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping Methods
We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx within the USA. For International orders, please see below for more information.

For shipments via LTL freight, an extra fee is added by the carrier for limited access or liftgate deliveries. Anything over 8ft long incurs an ‘Extreme Extended Length’ fee which is often $250+ and is out of our control.

APO/FPO/DPO Military & Diplomatic Addresses
We ship via USPS to military and diplomatic addresses. Make sure you include the unit and box numbers for APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses (if assigned). To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.

Collect Shipping
We can ship collect using your account number. Please select Customer Pickup as your shipping method during checkout and provide your collect account number by replying to the email confirmation. You will be responsible for all fees incurred for shipping your order.

→ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

FOB Origin Prepaid & Add Incoterms
The recipient is responsible for customs duties and taxes. Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that must be settled before your shipment can be delivered. If you select to ship via the United States postal service, we are unable to refund or cancel any order due to late or non-delivery. Please select UPS, DHL, or FedEx delivery for complete insurance during transit.

If an export license is required, this will delay your shipment 2-16 weeks and is determined by the US Department of Commerce. You may be required to complete additional paperwork such as an End User Certificate.

Ex-Works Incoterms (Select ‘Customer pickup’ as your shipping method)
• You, as the buyer, arrange the pickup of the freight from our designated ship site, own the in-transit freight, and are responsible for clearing the goods through Customs. You, as the buyer, are also responsible for completing all the export documentation required.
• We, as the seller, will email you the box weight and dimensions when your order is ready for pickup along with the pickup address.

→ FREIGHT FORWARDING

For customers that prefer to ship their product to a company that will handle your exports, we suggest signing up for a professional package forwarding service. We recommend Shipito for international customers. They arrange shipping from the USA on your behalf by providing you with a secure address in the USA. They will receive your shipments, notify you, and ship them to you per your instructions. This allows you full control of your shipments. There are no sign-up or set-up fees with Shipito.

(Please note that Blasters Tool is not affiliated with Shipito. All Shipito questions, concerns, or claims must be handled with Shipito directly.)

It is the buyer’s responsibility to know the buyer’s country guidelines before making a purchase. We are not responsible for any returns, seizures, or delayed services.

→ TRANSIT TIME

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Blasters Tool or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

→ DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Damaged shipments must be reported to Blasters Tool within 3 business days of receipt. Please report damage immediately with the carrier prior to signing for the shipment and do not discard damaged shipments. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve this issue or send replacements of damaged or lost items.

→ EXPORTING

Export Administration Regulations (EAR) & International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
These items are controlled by the U.S. government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s) herein identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized ultimate consignee or end-user(s), either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the U.S. government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.

→ RETURNS

Please contact us at [email protected] prior to returning items so we may assist you with the appropriate return paperwork to expedite the process.

There may be a 15% re-stocking fee for returned items. Any item being returned must be in sealed, new, and unused condition. Items must be returned within 30 days. Special order, non-stock, UAVs, and closeout items are not eligible for returns. Kits, custom, and closeout items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If Blasters Tool makes a mistake in the shipment, please contact us so a correction can be made.

→ WARRANTY

We will gladly accept the return of products that are malfunctioning due to manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Blasters Tool & Supply offers all manufacturers’ warranties. Blasters Tool & Supply products are warranted for 30 days against manufacturer defects.

Note: By accepting shipment from Blasters Tool & Supply, you agree that the proper location of any legal action necessary under this agreement shall be in the courts in Anderson County, Kentucky.

Special order or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once ordered.

→ OTHER INFORMATION

Some products may require a completed End User Certificate and/or may only be available to EOD, law enforcement, or military end users in the United States or Canada. You may be asked for credit card, ID, and ATF licensing for certain restricted items.
