NOTE: We were notified that an EOD team noticed a spark while cutting a wire.  We were able to reproduce this effect with ours and other ceramic scissors used throughout the community. This information is in the process of being passed up to TECHDIV by the discovering EOD Team.  We still don't know if it's a combination of factors such as humidity, or lack of, insulation, metal composition, friction, etc.  We're asking everyone to be aware of this and to adjust accordingly.
