The Drone Chemical Munition Payload Adapter is a modular mounting system designed to integrate inert chemical munition training aids onto drones and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), also referred to as Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), for training and demonstration applications. It supports simulation of drone-delivered chemical dispersal threats, including devices associated with toxic industrial chemicals (TICs) and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) hazard environments.

This payload adapter is configured for use with Chemical Munition Type 1 and Type 2 training aids, which are included with each variant. These configurations allow personnel to train on identification, handling, and response considerations associated with drone-delivered chemical payloads, including dispersal devices designed to release powders, liquids, or aerosolized substances. The system utilizes a tool-less attachment method, enabling installation and removal without permanent modification to the aircraft.
