HCCR SINGLE CIRCUIT MACHINE

The Scorpion HCCR is a rugged, robust single circuit blasting machine made for harsh mining environments. Completely sealed electronics make it waterproof and impervious to dust, dirt, sand and debris.

• Firing energy: 445 VDC @ 35.0 Joules
• Firing capacity: short delay electric blasting caps in a single series circuit up to 140 ohms, in up to 6 resistance-balanced parallel circuits of up to 140 ohms each (lead line resistance not to exceed 3 ohms)
• Heavy-duty push-down binding posts for quick, secure lead line attachment; posts shunted internally
• Single rocker switch for charge/fire; high-visibility neon armed indicator; ~10 second charging time
• Fire circuit locked out unless fully charged; releasing the charge switch returns the unit to standby
• Shunt timing 4.5–8 ms (avg 6 ms)
• Power: four replaceable D cells (~150 charge/fire cycles typical) in a well-protected compartment
• Case: HD urethane, yellow, 6" x 2" x 9"; 36 oz with batteries; two stainless steel D-ring attachment points
