R-BOT X-Ray Panel Hanger

A purpose-built X-ray panel hanger designed for robotic deployment. Securely clamps to the panel handle and allows consistent vertical positioning — even when the robot isn’t perfectly aligned.

⚙️ How It Works

• Two precision-molded halves clamp around the X-ray panel handle
• The panel hangs naturally vertical under gravity
• The robot gripper grabs the round mounting section to carry and position the panel

Pivoting Head Design

The hanger features a removable pivot pin system:

• Pin removed: Handle pivots freely, ensuring the panel always hangs vertical regardless of gripper orientation
• Pin installed: Panel can be swung upward and secured if needed
• Foam pipe insulation can be added to stabilize the panel handle when locked in position
