Provides nominal test values of energy output (measured in percentage of rated energy) of REO Single Circuit Blasting Machines.

OPERATION
Connect the tester to the blasting machine with the two leads provided. Perform the self test function. Set the MACHINE SELECTION switch to the correct blasting machine model to be tested. Charge and fire the blasting machine into the tester. The tester will turn on automatically. Note the PERCENT OF RATED ENERGY indication n the bar graph. The tester will shut off automatically after approximately eight seconds.

SELF TESTING
The BT200, BT210 and BT250 Energy Testers perform an accuracy check and battery check of the tester when in the self test mode. Illumination of the BAT OK and CAL OK LED bars indicates proper operation of the instrument.
IMPORTANT: For safety considerations and performance verification, REO recommends that the energy output of every blasting machine be tested before and after each use. The data obtained should be recorded in a log and kept for future reference.
