This inert ISIS M430 drone munition training aid replicates a 40mm High Explosive Dual-Purpose (HEDP) grenade attributed to the Islamic State (ISIS) and observed in Iraq and Syria, modified for deployment as a drone-dropped munition. It supports recognition and response training for drone-delivered explosive threats, including conventional munitions adapted for aerial deployment by non-state actors.
